Queensland Flood Relief Fundraiser
In support of the victims & the people whom have lost their lives due to the most devastating floods to hit Queensland & along the East Coast of Australia recently, Frank Macias and Los Amigos, hosts of The Underground City Blues Jam, have decided to hold a benefit which will raise funds to help support the Queensland- Premiers' Flood Relief Fund.
This benefit will be part of The Underground City Blues Jam, which is a fortnightly blues jam at the Manhattan Lounge, Elizabeth St (near Martin Place), Sydney. The proceeds will come from the evenings of 5th & the 6th of February.
There are various artists donating their time & support to the Fundraiser for Queensland flood victims as well as items being up for auctions; autograph posters from Nick Chugg, Paintings by local artist and music from Shane Pacey Trio (Bondi Cigars) Continental Robert Susz, Sally Street, Frank Macias and Los Amigos.
Offers for items to go on auction are being taken up until the night and there will be a $10 dollar entry fee. Entry fee and the money raised from the evening will all be going to the Queensland- Premiers' Flood Relief Fund. Frank Macias and Los Amigos could do with everyone’s help, so if you would like to be involved on any level please let them know ....It really is going to take all of us.
The two days of jamming will be supported by the Shance Pacey trio, Robert Susz, Sally Street, and list of artists is still growing.
